10 advantages of being a girl

1)      You don’t need to carry your shopping bags.

2)     Ohhh long queue. Just smile and an idiot fellow will take an extra couple tickets for you.

4)      Men die earlier, so we get to cash in on their life insurance

5)      We have more hair styles, wear dresses, skirts, and have much much more options than guys.

7)      We can make arts on nails, wear any colour, play with Barbie, speak dumb and will still be called as CUTE.

Stuck and chagrin in the IT world. 85% of the IT Engineers are unhappy, dissatisfied, bored with their daily routines and repeat the same statement: ‘I am fed up of this IT Job”. I am just a servant of my manager. I am giving my blood and sweat to this job. I don’t have time for my personal life. And in the end what I get is C Band with lots of excuses.bla bla and bla..”
So, let me try to paint the IT life red. Let me try to paint the IT life in the colour that most of us want to paint it in. And then let’s imagine how our life will change.
How colourful will IT life be if there is no formal dress code? Ties seem as a dog’s neck brace. Let us wear the clothes we are comfortable in, it will help us to save time in choosing every morning what to wear that can suit office norms. Office environment will seem livelier, more colourful spot. When we are copying everything from western countries, and then just follow the trends. There is no dress code that they follow.
Next to the public demand is centralized music system. Sounds Wow.
Just imagine chammak challo being played in loud volume and ASP.NET coding on the system. Fingers will automatically type the code dude. Documentation will be more presentable.
Designs will become more beautiful. Concentration will increase as instead of looking into others systems and chatting and gossiping, everyone will concentrate on one’s own system with music.
Certainty will be more clear. The function of the music is to release us from the tyranny of conscious thought. So play the music as it gives wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life. It will increase the efficiency and hence your share’s price.
Ensuing item in painting IT world with RED paint is “Power Nap”. Someone rightly said: “No day is so bad it can’t be fixed with a nap.”Researchers say that a brain can work far better if it gets a refreshing break. Instead of falling on keyboard or desktop, IT Company should provide a legal recreation room for power nap that allows an individual to go for one power nap per day for 30 min-45 min. It will help to regain the reserve quota of energy. We have books titled as “Take a nap! Change your life”. This will increase the productivity and alertness. Instead of hiding your close eyes from managers lets walk proudly into recreational room and take a power nap .. Oh Sone Do Sone Do Sone Do Sone Do Sone Do,Mujhko Neend Aa Rahi Hai Sone Do.
Top on the list is RATING SYSTEM. IT guys are most frustrated with it only. So much hard work and still C Band why? And managers give the excuse of the system. Make the system more democratic and more legal. Higher level rating should be dependent on lower level ratings. Manager‘s Band should depend on number on C band people under him. If manager’s team is not getting good rank automatically means manager himself don’t deserve a good rank and vice versa.
This way system can be more genuine and more legal. “Remember upon the conduct of each depends the fate of all.”
9 hours work policy. Coming the next wall to be painted RED is this 8:30 am to 6:00 pm timing policy. I am not saying that there should be no time boundaries. Obviously there should be. Else why will I come to office without emergencies or urgencies? But let me complete my 9 hours in office. Let me come at 10 or 11 depending on my other work priorities. I will adjust and stay for next 9 hours.
“Who forces time is pushed back by time; who yields to time finds time on his side”. Put the talent into work, don’t force it, let them do it by their heart and it will return you success.

Above suggestions is a snapshot of the wish list of every engineer that he/she dreams and discuss daily. We don’t know the real consequences of it if it one day turns true. Alice in wonderland will be beautiful or devastating, we don’t know. I just penned down the liberal flying thoughts of my mind as it was flying while thinking of painting my daily IT world’s life.
